What we collect

When you apply to become a model, contact us or send a booking brief, we collect what you choose to send us: for example your name, age, height, city, email, social media handle, photos and any message.

How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about representation.
• To reply to booking and general enquiries.
• For models we represent: to promote you to clients, with your agreement.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share applicant photos or details with anyone outside the agency.

Minors

Applicants under 18 must apply with a parent or guardian. We only communicate about minors with their parent or guardian involved.

How long we keep it

Applications we don't move forward with are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
